- WHW is a work in progress, and as such, this service and the terms and conditions put forth here may be subject to change in the future.
- By entering into this draw, you agree to use this service in accordance with local laws in your region.
- You will not, at any time, use this service to host content that is illegal, pornographic, or hateful in nature.
- You will not, at any time, use this service to host content that you do not already own or otherwise infringes on any copyright laws.
- You will not, at any time, use this service to host content that promotes gambling, the sale of prescription drugs, or any other products regularly associated with spam.
- Your 1-Year of Web Hosting begins from the Wednesday that it was annouced until exactly the same date and time the following year. You will be notified via email 2 weeks before you’re hosting service is set to expire and given the option to renew your plan for another year at the regularly listed price (currently set at $5/month).
- Every Web Hosting Wednesday draw begins at 12:00 AM EST and ends at exactly 11:59 PM EST the following week. Any entries received outside of this windiw will be automatically entered into the next week’s draw.
- Your payment must be confirmed via paypal before your entry is counted towards any WHW draw. We are not responsible for any delays caused during this payment process which may or may not have resulted in an entry getting bumped to the following week.
- Web Hosting does not include any web or graphic design services.
- Web Hosting does not include an actual domain name.
